We have found that most small business owners don't need or want 3 notebooks filled with plans that they never implement. They really need a solid marketing strategy with practical and affordable actions that will positively impact their business over the next year.

    Getting Started
    Once you decide you would like to schedule a session, we will place it on our calendar and send you a series of questions tailored to your particular industry. These questions will frame our discussion and give you an idea of what you will want to bring to the session for our evaluation (marketing collateral, previous campaigns, mailers, etc.)


    The Session
    We will meet for an hour and a half to learn about your business, nail down 4-6 goals for the year and do some interactive brainstorming. You are welcome to bring a key manager, colleague, spouse, etc. to the session.

    Marketing Strategy Document
    During the next 10 days, we will perform some additional research, and then craft a marketing strategy document that you can use to propel your business to the next level during the upcoming year. We include a grid outlining your goals as well as all of the functional marketing areas that either directly or indirectly impact your marketing. This snapshot will show you where to spend your energy and resources first. We will provide a summary of the most important initiatives, make recommendations, and develop strategies for all of the functional marketing areas that you can implement or hire us or another service provider to implement for you.
